  10. I am planning on purchasing VC++ 4.0 but I have a few questions.
  11. First, will I have flat memory addressing (huge arrays painlessly)? 
  12. Also, if I compile on 95, will I be able to create applications that
  13. run on NT?  What about 16 bit stuff for 3.1?
